Hi
We were trying to reduce the repo size of our big repos, we managed to reduce the size by rewriting the commits, but the size online still stays high or at previous value, i found this support article that says i need to get in touch with support team to have old PRs removed but i can't get in touch with them.
please help
we use a standard plan for bitbucket but when i try to raise a ticket the options it gives are that it is free plan not sure why that is as well.
any help would be appreciated
I've reduced the sizes of your 2 biggest repo's by executing garbage collection.
The repo's reduced from 620MB > ~328MB and 431MB > ~156MB so this has saved close to 600MB.
With respect to raising a ticket - there is a known issue where some paid users are not able to raise tickets. I've mentioned your workspace to the team that's investigating. This is being looked into, but community is monitored every day by our support engineers to ensure customers are not missed.
Cheers!

Hi @Ben
could you help me get in touch with the support team? the repo sizes had been reduced to less than 2MB and <30 mb in the repos totalling reduction to about 1.4 -1.5 GB. its most likely due to the pull requests having references to the removed files that were previously tracked in git
