Hi
I have been using Bitbucket to manage educational projects for the University of Cape Town since 2016. My students and I are normally accessing our projects, e.g.
using Git on our desktop computers, i.e. not via https://bitbucket.org. I have sometimes accessed repositories using the online GUI in the past. However, I cannot find them anymore on the Bitbucket online GUI since last year (see screenshot below), although the repositories still exists and I have been committing and pulling changes via my desktop computer (see screenshot below). Please advise.
Best,
Sebastian
Hello @Sebastian Skatulla ,
and welcome to the Community!
I can confirm that the Bitbucket account you used to post these questions is not currently a member of the workspace you shared, which is why you are not seeing any repositories within the UI.
That workspace is associated with a different email that is not associated with your university. I can't share the email directly due to the Atlassian privacy policy, but I would suggest logging in with any other email you own and check if it's the correct one.
As for the reason why you are still being able to access the repository locally, I can see from the screenshot you are using SSH, so it's likely the case you're using the SSH key from the other account which is the owner of the repositories.
I hope that helps! Let us know in case you have any questions.
Thank you, @Sebastian Skatulla !

Hi @Patrik S
I have another Bitbucket with my Gmail email address and yes, I have found my repositories there. The issue was that upon login it automatically connected me to another workspace which was not mine, in fact. This is somewhat confusing. When typed bitbucket.org/skatulla in the address bar, it got me to my workspace and repositories.
Thanks for your assistance.
Sebastian

Welcome @Sebastian Skatulla
I've removed your bitbucket URL due to privacy reasons. I am not familiar with the SmartGit software. It used to work before without any issues? Have you searched for any documentation from that vendor? Have you tried incognito mode and clearing your cache from browser?

Hi Nikola.
I have no issues with SmartGit. Both repositories of my group are accessible and working for commit and pull requests using SmartGit or Git on a terminal window. The problem is that I cannot access and manage the repositories via https://bitbucket.org anymore, because I can simply not find them there anymore.
Best,
Sebastian
