Repository Templates for Bitbucket Data Center cannot be Enabled

After the trial license is applied, it states that the repository templates are not enabled. 

When I click on the Enable button, the action fails as none of the modules is enabled, a message states to look in the log. 

The Audit log gives no more information than the first statement provided.

This is an add-on that is applied to Bitbucket under Manage Apps > User Installed Apps.  When I copy and paste the updated license to the window and click on Update, it installs without issue.  It also states I should click on Enable to enable the "59" modules.

I click on "Enable" and receive the error message, "An unexpected error occurred.  Refer to the logs for more information."  I then click on Audit Log at the bottom left of the table and receive the following message, "Failed to enable app Repository Templates for Bitbucket Server (ch.mibex.stash.templates)"
