Repositories not accessible in the web UI (git seems to work)

I just logged into BitBucket to create a new repository, but I cannot see anything. It just gives me a screen that says "Join a workspace to collaborate with your teammates". What is this? Where are my repositories? They appear to work when I push to them, but I cannot see them in the web UI. What do I need to do here? I tried creating a new workspace, but I get the error "Resource not found".

OK, second attempt succeeded. Created a new workspace, then it suddenly showed an option to revive "deactivated" workspaces. Great design choices here.
