Repositories and workspaces missing

I logged in to my bitbucket account after a long period of inactivity to reactivate the workspace and previous repositories as recommended in the email received in December 2025 with deadline May 15, 2026:

"To keep your workspace containing repositories, make sure to sign in and visit your workspace by May 15, 2026."

However, the button on the email return an empty page with only this text:
"This link has expired. Please contact the sender of the email for more information."

As I can recall the name of one of the repository, by typing the corresponding URL, I can access the repository but the corresponding workspace is not accessible.

I tried to create a new workspace to see if I could access to any feature that allows to reactivate the previous workspace, as suggested by someone else in one of the questions in the forum, but this does not work for me.

Can someone please help me access again all previous repositories and workspace?

Thank you

Hi @alessio_xompero

Can you please provide your timezone so we may raise a support ticket on your behalf with the team who operates within your region?

Cheers!

Thanks a lot for the reply.

Somehow, I managed to get access to previous workspaces through looking around and other comments. I have been able to backup all my repositories and update workspaces based on needs.

This is now resolved.
