Remove approved but "unmerged" PRs?

We have a number of old PRs for branches that were merged manually outside of bitbucket. (A rebase against develop was the final step, in order to maintain a linear history). Is there a way to close these? They're cluttering the PR interface.

Welcome to the Bitbucket Cloud community :)

Are you able to decline these so they no longer show in your active PR list?

There is unfortunately no method for deleting PR's within the UI, we are tracking a feature request with our developers to implement this feature:
