Sure Hans. Last time when I faced the same issue, i sought help from the community only. Also I have seen a lot of such queries posted here and resolved by the community leaders. Thats why I took this route. I will raise the support request via the above URL. Thanks for the quick response.

Sure, no problem! Other community members are mostly users just like you, and don't have any access to Atlassian backend systems. In that case, you'll definitely need the support from Atlassian themselves.
Other queries about how to use the products or how to come up with something smart for a problem you're having is something most of us are able to help with - as long as it doesn't require changing anything in any backend system for you :)
