Release/transfer team id

Hi,

I registered for OnDemand JIRA/Confluence for my company and now I want to add paid bitbucket account.

I also have a free education account that I use as a teach at a university. I registered team id (say XYZ) at that account.

But, I would like to use the XYZ team id for my commercial bitbucket team. How can I release it in the other account, or how can I transfer it? I already use the XYZ.atlassian.com for the OnDemand Jira/Confluence.

Thanks

Hi Jiri

For a much quicker and accurate response, you might want to raise the same request to the official bitbucket support team channel via https://bitbucket.org/support

Thanks. The support interface suggested I might want to try the forum. So I did. After a while I tried asking the question at the support channel anyway. I am waiting for an answer.

Yes, it would be nice if the support interface more clearly defined what types of questions are appropriate for each location. Maybe someone here will know of a way you can do it yourself, but you will most likely need Atlassian to take direct action on the backend.
