Hi community,
I'm trying to recover access to my Bitbucket workspace which has been deactivated due to inactivity.
The problem is I have two separate Atlassian accounts — my current one (different email) has no workspaces, and the original account that owns the workspace was created years ago with an email I can't remember.
What I do have:
- The Bitbucket username for the account
- The original password for the account
- Commit history proving I'm the author of the repos in that workspace
When I try https://id.atlassian.com/login → "Can't log in?", it asks for an email which I don't know. Is there any way to look up an Atlassian account by username, or get a hint of which email was used?
Has anyone been through this? Is Atlassian support able to help with account lookup by username given I can prove ownership?
Thanks

Hello and Welcome to Atlassian Community @stackpilot
I flagged this post to get attention from Atlassian Support. This will need some Backend checks.
