Received verification email but does nothing

Hi, 

I am new and have set up my account. I received my certification email and clicked the link but then it said "something has gone wrong" - or something along those lines! it was over a week ago since I set up my account. 

I am unable to resend another one as time has passed and now team members have not received my team invite and I suspect this is the reason!

Could someone help me?

Hi Niamh,

Does this issue concern the Bitbucket Cloud account with the same email as your community account (the one you used to post this question)?

If so, I can see in our system that the email of this account has been verified, so you don't need to take any further action on this. Are you able to log in to https://bitbucket.org/ and access this account? Or does your question concern an account with a different email?

Regarding the second issue you mentioned:

team members have not received my team invite

Would you feel comfortable sharing the workspace-id of the Bitbucket workspace where you invited your team members? You can post it in a reply here, and then edit the reply and remove it (I'll still be able to view it). I can then check in our system for any invitations sent from this workspace and see if the emails are in a suppression list.

Hi Theodora, 

Thanks for getting back to me. Over the weekend I seemed to get an influx of emails from Atlassian so it seems to be working and my team is seeing the stories etc assigned to them so all is good now!
