Reactive bitbucket workspace

I am a free user and I tried the standard user and at end of standard user. It should reset back to free user but it is put on de-active mode and second I am trying to reactive, it is showing as the no resource found. someone please assist me on this,

Hi @V-suri ,

Can you try navigating to https://bitbucket.org/account/workspaces/deactivated (or https://bitbucket.org/account/workspaces/) to see if the workspace is listed there and if you can reactivate it? 👀

Alternatively, you can try the following:

  1. Go to admin.atlassian.com and select your Organization.

  2. Navigate to the Billing section.

  3. Locate your Bitbucket workspace. If it is deactivated, you should see an option to Reactivate or Manage Subscriptions.

  4. Select the Free plan to reset the workspace status.

You can also try incognito mode/window or a different browser to see whether the "Resource Not Found" loop appears there as well.
