REset BB password from attlasian

Hello, I have an Attlasian account and I´m using some prodcuts (also I´m admin of Atlasian) BB, confluence and jira.
Now I want to reset password for BB for example, so I went to Attlasian admin portal and hit "reset password", hoping that a prompt come up with options: "enter old password now enter new password", but instead I got "password successfully reset :|
So I check in my email account (asociated with that user) and no notification from Attlasian was sent regarding a password reset. Now I can´t push anything to bitbucket since old password was reset but also don´t know what is my new password. How can I reset account Propertly? thanks.-
