We are migrating our bitbucket server from one server to another server but the external database won't be changed. we will use the same database server.
Question 1: I'm following the below link to do the task.

As there's no database migration required, can I skip Step 2. Move the Bitbucket Server data to a different machine ?
Question 2: Is there any process to test the migration from one server to another? or else can we directly start migrating the production bitbucket by using steps suggested in above link?
