I want ot add hook allows pullrequest under several conditions:
1. Check if file "test" exist in folder.
2. Need to have some way to override previous condition like some tag --no-test-file.
I have started from https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Bitbucket-questions/merge-pullrequest-under-certain-condition/qaq-p/594485. It is a nice hint for that, but is there a way to add some option allows to skip checking "test" file?
