Pull request reviewers

Hi,

In my company, all developers are also QA testers, and due to this reason, I would like to add all developers as pull request reviewers in bitbucket. But I want to add a condition for reviewers that, the developer can not approve his/her pull request. Is it possible to add such kind of conditions for reviewers?
