Pull request pages on Stash should have a CC field

Meng

Pull request pages on Stash should have a CC field just like a JIRA issue page has.  Sometimes some people needs to be informed about a pull request but are not suitable to be set as reviewer, at least when some organization try to strictly use the reviewer field as proper code review.

As Jamie suggested above, @mentioning people almost does what you need. If you want to create a feature request, you can do that at http://jira.atlassian.com (check that it does not already exist). If you create/find a feature request, please post the link to it here in a comment so others can vote for it as well.

Only to limited extent, otherwise JIRA would not need the CC field either. A cc field at the top would be more formal and visible as compared to a @-mentioned reference in nesting comments.

+1 for this feature. Best if the cc field can be configured when one create/edit a repository settings which means for any PR created on this repository the cc field will auto-populate with the team's group email id every time.

If you @mention someone, doesn't that have pretty much the same affect?
