A list of pull requests disappear after clicking Pull Requests under Navigation. Has anyone had this problem? It only happens when I use Chrome.

Since you said it only happens in Chrome, have you discarded that this is a browser issue?
Have you tried the incognito mode? Or cleared cache and cookies?
Have you open the developer tools and see if there's any error message there?
Please let us know, as this is important to know what steps to take next :)

Everything works great when in incognito mode.
I noticed an Uncaught TypeError in devtools:
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
I've also cleared cache and cookies and the problem is still there.
