Projects are all missing

It's been a few years since I logged into my bitbucket account, but upon logging in, none of my repos are here.. Uhhh???? Never seen this happen before in the 10+ years I've had the account.. my entire account is gone, no repos at all.. I'd really love to know wtf happened here

Please refer to this article - there was a cleanup of unused workspaces that happened recently, and it provides instructions for recovery (with a deadline of May 15):
