Same. All efforts to report have been blocked. Have been told to raise something in the community also. We really should be able to report unavailability directly to Atlassian.
The fact that the error message says "we're aware of the problem" means the status page (that the message itself points you to) is lying to you. It's been ~20 minutes at least of downtime and we're still "All Systems Operational" with 100% uptime.

Status page is showing as everything being fine. Different browser and incognito windows are the same. Nothing showing in the Network tab of developer tools but in the Console tab I am seeing 503 errors for all work spaces but I also get the same if trying an invalid workspace and no 404...
