Problem with accepting transferred repository

I'm transferring ownership of some repositories to another user account. It sends the  repository transfer request to the other accounts email but when I try to click on the "View transfer request", it tells me I do not have permission to view the transfer request and I can't accept it. What am I doing wrong?

Hello there, welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Make sure you're logged in with the right account when you're trying to accept the repository, you can try using a different browser to make sure you're logged out of any other accounts.

Are you still having trouble to accept the repo?
