cant login with my email guilhermebflores@gmail.com only on bitbucket, i receive the same page.
You may run into this issue when you use specific browsers or add-ons that hide the referer header for id.atlassian.com and other Atlassian sites. Check for these and then try logging in again.
the jira, atlassian, trello... all ok for now.

I see that your account was dormant Since 2018-07-27. And thus was disabled.
I have now activated the account. Can you please try to login to BitBucket and let me know if the issue persists.
