Problem subversion plugin configuration

I'm running a pilot project on my laptop where I have a Visual SVN server instance running, as well as JIRA. have installed the JIRA subversion plug-in and configured it for both the online JIRA testrepo and my own repository.

My configuration is...

Wait wait wait.. You do know that you have to make a commit and the commit message has to contain the issue key before it shows up in the issue right? Did you read the documentation?
