Problem in sign up an account for bitbucket

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

When I tried to sign up an account on bitbucket, it always reported "Incorrect, try again".
I don't understand what information is incorrect.
Even I use my github account to sign up, it reported same error.

I also use chrome, safari, firefox, they are same.

Could you please help me take a look at this problem and let me know how to sign up an account.

Eric,

This may be likely due to the re-captcha not loading properly. If you send the bitbucket team an email they should be able to reset it manually for you.
