Problem in Accessing the svn location for jira-rpc plugin

Earlier i successfully able to access the source of jira-rpc plugin using this url http://svn.atlassian.com/svn/public/atlassian/rpc-jira-plugin/tags/

But now it does not works why is that(Now it requires user name and password.)?

Looks like the source code has been made private, you would need to get in touch with someone from Atlassian.
