Post Hook plugin - pom xml without server

The examples of Post Receive Repository Hook available so far are with Bitbucket server embedded..
Is there a java project or a pom.xml that we could use to focus only on plugin development and export it as a jar to be deployed in our standalone bitbucket server .. instead of having the server also embeded .
