Trying to complete the pull request requires approval from a removed user.
It looks like you have a default reviewer for the repository in question. If you click on Repository Settings > Default Reviewers and from here you should be able to remove the deleted user as a reviewer.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
