Port Opening for bitbutcket AWS Firewall

I want to know which IP addresses need to be able to reach the web server on the FTP port for the pipeline and deployment to be usable on BitBucket.

Pipelines uses the IPs from the "Valid IP addresses for Bitbucket Pipelines build environments" sections on https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/what-are-the-bitbucket-cloud-ip-addresses-i-should-use-to-configure-my-corporate-firewall-343343385.html when it initiates the connection.
