It is creating state and with the size Zero bytes. Thus you are unable to access the Repository.

Please confirm if I can go ahead and delete the affected repository.

Have you tried with incognito mode?

I tried to access it using google's privacy mode, but the result was the same. “Please wait a moment while we create your repository."rovo gave me a hint that I need to contact Bitbucket support and delete this project first.please help me
