Hi everyone,
We’ve recently encountered an issue where our pipelines are triggering but not progressing past the queue stage. The builds remain stuck in “queued” status and never start executing, which is blocking code deployments.
Details:
- Pipelines trigger successfully
- Jobs remain in queue indefinitely
- No visible errors in the pipeline logs
- This behavior started recently without changes to our pipeline configuration
Additional context:
We are currently on the free tier, so it’s possible this could be related to usage limits or concurrency restrictions. However, the pipelines used to run normally before, so this behavior is unexpected.
We have also configured our own self-hosted runner, so this does not appear to be related to build minutes or usage limits.
What we’ve checked so far:
- Pipeline configuration appears unchanged
- No obvious permission or repository issues
- Multiple retries show the same behavior
Has anyone experienced something similar or identified a root cause? Any guidance on whether this is a free-tier limitation or something else would be helpful.
