Pipeline is getting stuck in "Queued" state

My pipeline is getting stuck in the "Queued" state on second step every time I try running it. 

I have other pipelines in different project that are able to run successfully.

There were some changes made to my pipeline recently, but it is to add a new step later on in the pipeline. I would expect that any issues with the pipeline itself would manifest as error messages in the logs or some sort of feedback when triggering the pipeline; I have yet to see a pipeline silently fail or get hung in the queued state.

Looks like there was some sort of issue on Atlassian's end. Doesn't look it was reported, but my pipeline started working today.
