Pipe aws-lambda-deploy should have a DESCRIPTION variable for "update" command

When publishing a new version it would be very useful to add a DESCRPTION. This could be an internal version of the app. Otherwise you won't be able to see a Description in Lambda's Dashboard ("Versions").
