Getting below error when fetching reposiory from remote

git -c diff.mnemonicprefix=false -c core.quotepath=false --no-optional-locks fetch --prune origin
error: cannot open .git/FETCH_HEAD: Permission denied
error: cannot open .git/FETCH_HEAD: Permission denied
