Permanent deleted Workspaces and Repositories triggered in 15 May 2026

I've been long use user for Bitbucket. Upon end of last year I received email about the clean up Free User space exercise going to perform by BitBucket. I've done the necessary steps but apparently, when I login today, all my workspace and repositories still been deleted. Seeking for support to help me recover all my workspace and repositories. Been try the method from other post to try visit "All workspaces" but it's still empty.

It's May 20 today, I believe Bitbucket should be able to help recover, since the policy should keep deleted repositories for 7 days.
