Payment issue — unable to restore Standard Plan, work is completely blocked

Hello,

I'm experiencing a serious issue with payments on Bitbucket.

I’ve been trying to restore my Standard Plan subscription, but every payment attempt fails with an error. I’ve tried multiple cards, different browsers, devices, incognito mode — but nothing works. At the same time, my cards are being charged $10 each time, but the subscription isn’t activated.

As a result, I cannot restore access to the Standard Plan, and my entire workflow is now completely blocked — neither I nor my team can continue working with our private repositories.

I’ve already submitted a support request (Ticket ID: CA-3605509), but haven’t received any reply yet. That’s why I’m reaching out here as well — this issue is urgent.

This is a critical situation for our project, and I would really appreciate a quick response.

Hi @a_nest and welcome to the community!

With regards to the upgrade failing, I'm afraid that we cannot resolve this in community. I see that a colleague replied in the ticket you have created. You can reach out to them for any questions or issues related to the upgrade.

When someone attempts to upgrade their workspace's billing plan, a temporary pre-authorization hold of USD 10.00 is placed on the credit card. This amount will return to the credit card within 3-7 days.
