Notify on a Pipe reporting a Warning

Is there a way to notify on a Pipe reporting a warning that it has a newer version available?

Example

WARNING: New version available: atlassian/aws-code-deploy '1.5.1' to '1.6.0'

 This doesn't always matter, but for some services like AWS, these only change when API's are changing potentially breaking the current version.
