I have just checked our internal suppression list and have found your email address present here since 10/2/2022. It appears we tried to reach your email address and were unable to, this resulted in your email address being added here:

I have since removed your email from this list, provided you are subscribed to repositories (you can check this in Personal Settings > Notifications) you should start receiving notifications now. You can test this by having a colleague tag you in a comment.
