Hi guys,
I was trying to setup a new bitbucket account using my enterprise email account, and I cannot receive the verification email (including many resend), and I tried my other email account in the same enterprise domain, it works fine though.
We did contact internal support team, and they cannot find anything arrived in the email account.
Can anyone help to have a look at this? or where should I contact else here?

Atlassian's Cloud support team should be able to help you to see if there is something going on with your account.
