I'm not receiving invitation emails for bitbuket. I have checked spam and junk. It's outlook mail for university. The invitation was sent multiple times and I haven't received it.

This is usually a problem in sending emails through a university Outlook account rather than Bitbucket itself.
Request the workspace administrator to verify if the email address has been registered under Access management. If so, sign in using the same email address, because there will not be another invite sent for the same email address.
Otherwise, request the workspace administrator to revoke the existing invitation and send out a new one. Verify if the Atlassian account has enabled product invitation emails. In addition, request the university IT support team to check if emails from Atlassian are getting blocked
