Not receiving invitation email to Bitbucket but invitation is sent and email address is correct

One of the space members has invited me to join Bitbucket space but I am not getting the invitation (work gmail)

Welcome to the community.

I can see we've successfully sent the invitation email and there's not block or bounced status against your email.

Could you check the email if it was caught up in your junk/spam folder?

Additionally, please check if you also have any filtering rules where your inbox filters emails from Atlassian.

Hi @Mark C  

We are experiencing this issue with only one account. Other users have successfully received the email, but the new user did not accept the initial invitation before it expired. We sent a new invitation, but it is not working. Could you please assist us? Note : this is for bitbucket only , user is having the access to jira and confluence
