Hi, our bitbucket workspace admin has invited me to join the workspace but I am not getting the invitation.
The invite shows as pending and uses the correct email address. I have checked spam and all other folders. I do receive Atlassian communication and bitbucket specific emails. The workspace admin has tried re-sending and also cancelling and re-inviting.
Is there anything left to try?

This is happening because your email has been added to the Atlassian's surpression list to avoid spam. You can submit a support ticket for that here
I've also requested assistance from their support engineers.

I checked our internal logs, however, I don't see your email in our suppression list.
I can also see that we've successfully sending you emails.
Could you check if you have any auto-filtering in your inbox that may have moved the email somewhere?

Thanks for checking Mark. Problem resolved with the help of the support bot. It was the product invitations enabled/disabled issue
