I am trying to enable two-step verification, and i am not receiving the email to complete it

Can you try these checks first:
1) Check spam/quarantine and corporate mail filters (especially noreply/atlassian domains).
2) Wait a few minutes and retry from an incognito session.
3) Confirm your account email is correct/verified in Atlassian account settings.
4) If possible, switch to authenticator-app based 2SV instead of email.
If still blocked, open Atlassian support from your account and include timestamp + account ID so they can trace delivery logs.
