Not receiving bitbucket invitation email

I started working with a new employer at my school BC, and I am not receiving their invitations.  They have invited me to their workspace and tried to make me a manager, but I have received no notifications and no emails.  I see from previous posts that some people's emails were blocked for whatever reason.  Is there a block on my email?

Hi Kurt and welcome to the community!

Your email address is not in any of our suppression lists. I also checked out logs for any emails sent to your email address, I can see that two invitation emails were sent yesterday, and both of them show to have been delivered to your employer's mail server.

The invitation emails are sent from noreply+XXXXXXX@am.atlassian.com (where XXXXXXX is some string).

I would suggest doing the following:

• check your Spam folder
• check if there are any filters in your Inbox that would make our emails skip your Inbox
• otherwise, ask the administrator of the school's mail server to look into their logs and investigate why our emails do not make it from the mail server to your Inbox
