A member of my group is not getting verification emails to login to Bitbucket. We have verified it is not getting caught in spam. There seems to be no way to resolve this because the only support path seems to be through the community. Is there any way to get a hold of someone at Atlassian to see if his email is on a suppression list? This is not a new account.

I can escalate this to Atlassian for you. Couple of questions. Is the email domain the same or different than the other team members? Have they received the emails in the past?
Thanks for reaching out Brant. After further investigation, I saw he was getting them but like an hour later. We tried again after I posted this help request and it came about 10 minutes later but did work. His domain, which is our company email domain is different than the one I use.
It worked flawlessly in the past but it has been a few months since he was active. Not sure what has changed?
