Not getting invites to BitBucket repositories

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I'm not receiving any repo/workspace invites on this account. All other types of emails from BitBucket/Atlassian just not repo invites.

I've tried setting up an email alias, enabling every email notification setting, disabling and re-enabling every email notification setting, getting the invite deleted and re-sent.

I have checked your email address and can see you've disabled product invitation notifications - hence why you've not been able to receive these.


To resolve this:

  • In order to receive invitations again, you'll need to navigate to your Atlassian account’s email preference center and tick the Product invitations option
  • Once complete - an admin will need to navigate to Workspace Settings > User Groups then access any and all user groups and cancel the invitation for each group by expanding Invitations Pending, click Cancel invitation to completely remove it from processing, then click Add Members in the top-right and insert your email address to properly resend the invitation
