Not getting invitation mail

Hi,

My project coordinator is trying to add me in a project repo but I am not getting the invite link mail. He tried resending it again and again but i didnt get it.

however, When I created the account by myself, using the company email id, I got the welcome mail from bitbucket, but still I am not getting access to project repo and still not getting the invititaion mail.

Kindly check and help me resolve this issue.

Hello @rohit.kumar,

Welcome to the Community.

I found the following error for your email in our mailing system dated to the very end of January (that's a response from your company's domain mail server):

550-5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist.

I think this is what bounced the invitation emails from being sent out. I removed that bounce now, please retry sending the invitations, and hopefully they will go through.
