Not able to see Links under repository settings in Bit Bucket Server

vhj5cob

I have installed atlassian-bitbucket-5.15.1 in my local machine for development purpose.

I am in need to link the Commit messages with external tracking system from the commit message with the Issue id. I am not able to view the Links option under the Work flow in Repository settings as stated in https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/link-to-a-web-service-283641959.html. Can you please help me how to get the Link in the repo setting and how to link the issues to external tracking system from Bit Bucket.

The link option is only available for Bitbucket Cloud. Bitbucket Server does not have that option.
