Hello,

I got this message when i try to login "You must change your password to log in. Your current password has appeared in an external data breach" and when i click on send activation link don´t receive the reset link on my email (a outlook apps email).

I Can't login or access any repos

I tried many times, but the mail never appears on my account. I checked on spam folder too

How can I reset my password?

Hey @mohamed shaban ,

and welcome to Community!

I see that in the latest attempts of Atlassian to send you emails, they got bounced by your email server with the following error :

554 5.7.1 [internal] recipient address was suppressed due to customer policy

This caused your email to be temporarily added to an internal suppression list in order to protect Atlassian domains to be flagged as Spam.

That being said, I have remove your email from the suppression lists, so you should be good on receiving emails going forward, including the password reset one.

In this case, could you please try initiate the password reset again and let us know how it goes?
