Not able to reach bitbucket.org

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
My ec2 instance from ap-south-1 is not able to connect to bitbucket.org
I have tried ping and traceroute the domain. nothing concrete for me.
Ping to google etc works fine.

@Pratik_Yagnik Welcome to the community!
Can you please confirm if access is working from any other AWS locations?
Also do check https://bitbucket.status.atlassian.com/ and if the problem is persistent, please do report it on status page.
Forgot to mention, are you only validating access via PING, if yes PING doesn't work for Atlassian Domain (i.e. it is disabled on server).
