Not able to do the payment and subscription deactivated

Our Bitbucket Standard subscription deactivated today, 5 September 2026,
without our having cancelled it. We are attempting to reactivate it from
Admin > Billing > Manage subscriptions > Inactive.
When we click the reactivate action and proceed to payment, the request
never completes - the Actions control shows a loading spinner
indefinitely and no confirmation, invoice, or error is returned.
The subscription's own entitlement details page also fails to load:

It renders "Having trouble loading subscription details - We can't
retrieve your page info right now."
