Not able to access Project repositories

For this error I got several recommendations as per the below links:

and I tried the command

curl -u <username>:<password> -X POST -H "Content-Type: application/json" -d '{"license":"<license key>"}' <Bitbucket base url>/<context path>/rest/api/1.0/admin/license

The command also got executed successfully and I got the entire details printed on my command line of my bitbucket license and server.

Then I restarted my bitbucket server and again tried

While accessing my repositories I get the same error again.

 

I even tried the option as per below link to check if its database error.

setting lower_case_table_names = 1 configuration in the my.cnf file of mysql database.

But that also did not help.

 

We would need your help after checking the logs.
